Do I need to find chats myself?
No. XMBoost selects sources for your project. A very narrow niche may require additional research.
How many leads will I receive?
Volume depends on the niche, geography, and filtering settings. The free trial shows the real demand in your market.
How is this different from keyword search?
Keywords provide the initial filter. AI checks the context and removes ads, job posts, spam, and ordinary discussions.
Can I change the project direction?
Yes. A niche lives inside a project: within one project you can rewrite the customer profile and keywords at any time — chat selection is rebuilt for the new niche, the plan stays the same and there is nothing extra to pay. Running two niches in parallel means two projects, and each needs its own plan: a plan is bought for a specific project and does not extend to others.
Does XMBoost contact the client automatically?
The platform itself does not: it hands the lead to your team, and a manager runs the conversation and the sale. The separate AI agent module, which can continue the dialogue on its own, is off by default and is connected separately.

Which chats do you read?
